In order to evenly warm up all parts of the body, you need to change your position after a while — first lie on your side, then on your back, on the other side and on your stomach, alternately substituting hot steam for one or another part of the body.

Also, in the steam room, you should always breathe through your nose. During nasal breathing, hot air passing through the nasopharynx is cooled, and too dry air is humidified. A minute before leaving the steam room, sit down if you were lying down to prepare your circulatory system for a standing position. (It is interesting to note that when lying steaming with brooms, such phenomena are not observed.) It is also useful to do 2-3 light physical exercises before getting up. After leaving the steam room (this applies to everyone), you should not immediately go to rest, you need to walk for 2-3 minutes, doing breathing exercises. After that, it is recommended to rinse under a warm shower. Before re-entering the steam room, perform 3-4 exercises and take a warm shower for 1-1. 5 minutes.to maintain heat and continue sweating, you can drink a glass of strong tea or a fortified drink.
